All community cats that have been sterilized through a Un chat dans ma cour

will bear a distinctive mark on the ear.

With respect to domestic cats, the City of Lorraine law stipulates

that all domestic animals should be identified.

 

Article 45.9 : "Identification of the animal" - keeping a cat or a dog within the limits of the City without having him or her identified with a collar to identify the custodian’s address and telephone number or an electronic implant installed by the veterinarian, is an offense and is prohibited.

Un chat dans ma cour cannot be held responsible for catching an unidentified domestic cat.
